Office Financial Policies:
DrB is a Medicare provider, but is not "in plan" for any managed Medicare plan. What does this mean?
If you have Medicare Part B what you will be required to pay depends on any supplemental insurance plans.
If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan you will be required to pay for services at the usual Medicare rate on the day of service while we see what your plan will pay for. Generally Advantage Plans pay similar to Medicare- but one can not be certain in advance.
Medicare HMOs and EPOs do not allow you to obtain services out of network, and you will need to pay for your visit on the date of service.
PPO/ Traditional Insurance:
DrB does not participate in any PPO or HMO. If your plan allows you to obtain care from an "Out of Plan" provider, you will be given a receipt (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Our prices are already among the lowest of all MD Functional Medicine and Regenerative Orthopedic providers. We give our "cash price discount" to every patient (other then Medicare) since all our patients pay for services on the day rendered.
Our Health+ program offers additional savings for patients paying cash and we think represent the greatest value in FM anywhere.
Payment is expected on the date of service.
